Is there a fee for your services?

How does your process work?
Simply contact TelServ today with your specific request or have us perform a utilization review to assess your needs. We help companies realize immediate cost savings while increasing their bandwidth.
Based on your needs, TelServ will work directly with each of our carrier partners to obtain pricing and will then present you with a thorough cost comparison. Once you’ve made your decision, TelServ will work with your preferred carrier(s) to procure and install the communications services.
What carriers do you offer?
TelServ represents all major providers in the voice, data, and Internet industries. We also hold agreements with dozens of second- and third-tier providers, and our list of carrier partners continues to grow.
What do i risk by not dealing directly with the carrier?
There is no risk to you at all. Once you select your carrier and service, you become a direct customer of that carrier with all of the associated benefits, including customer service, implementation specialists, and billing specialists. TelServ will continue to act as your advocate, ensuring your ongoing satisfaction with each carrier, and will help guide you through the process each and every step of the way.
Can I deal with more than one carrier?

Will changing my service result in expense and downtime for my business?
No. Most changes are completely transparent to you and result in immediate cost savings.
Is TelServ just a pricing Comparison service?
No. In addition to pricing, TelServ also performs a cost-benefit analysis on your company’s telecom services and infrastructure, and provides consulting services to identify the type of telecom solutions that could best benefit your business. These services are provided at no extra cost when coupled with purchasing network solutions and services through TelServ. TelServ is compensated by the carriers, not by the companies it serves.
